Reconnected Space- Towards Series™
Out of the Loop™
A structured 10-step pathway towards more calm, clarity and freedom from anxiety.
Work 1:1 with Maria, a psychologist and systemic counsellor, with personalised support throughout the process.

A different relationship with anxiety is possible
You do not have to figure this out alone.
With this programme you can move from a life that might feel problematic toward the life you want to have.
Anxiety can become easier to understand when you have a clear structure, reflective tools and someone who can help you notice the patterns that are difficult to see from the inside.

What it feels like
Perhaps your mind rarely feels truly at rest...
You have spent a long time trying to understand why anxiety keeps showing up in your life.
You may have put real effort into working on yourself, learning about anxiety, trying to manage your thoughts, regulate your emotions and become more “in control”.
You may find yourself in the guilt and shame cycle instead.
But anxiety can still be present in the way you think ahead, prepare, scan, check, replay, organise, apologise, control, and try to make sure nothing goes wrong.
This programme is about slowing down enough to notice how anxiety operates in your own life, what keeps the pattern going, and what may begin to create more space around it.
You do not have to force yourself to slow down or sit with difficult feelings on your own. There is space to approach this gradually, with individual support.
The invisible effort
You overthink conversations, prepare for problems or worry about things you cannot control, question whether you are doing enough, being enough, or making the right decisions. You procrastinate or not do any of your tasks.
To others, you may seem capable, organised and in control.
People close to you say that you are confident or independent.
Inside, you may feel exhausted by the constant mental noise.
And still, something in you may feel constantly on alert or distant and withdrawn.
Your sleep, eating patterns, routines and energy levels may feel difficult to stabilise, even when you are trying hard to take care of yourself.
How can anxiety show up?
Your mind keeps rehearsing conversations before they happen and reviewing them long after they are over.
You prepare for problems before they exist because uncertainty feels hard to tolerate.
You can understand that something is not your fault, not your responsibility, or not an actual danger, and still feel tense inside.
You may feel responsible for the atmosphere in the room, for other people’s emotions, or for preventing conflict before it starts.
You find it difficult to rest because slowing down can make the noise inside feel louder.
You may look capable, calm and organised, while privately feeling overstretched, alert and emotionally tired.
You question whether you are doing enough, being enough, choosing correctly, responding properly, or handling things the right way.
You may over-explain yourself, apologise quickly, or try to make your intentions very clear, even when nobody has directly accused you of anything.
You may avoid decisions, messages, conversations or situations because you are afraid of what they might bring up.
You may notice that anxiety does not always come as panic. Sometimes it comes as perfectionism, people-pleasing, control, overthinking, reassurance-seeking or the constant need to be prepared.
You may have tried to calm yourself down, think positively, journal, breathe, distract yourself or reason with your thoughts, and still find yourself returning to the same cycle.
You may not be in crisis. You may be functioning, working, parenting, studying, supporting others and keeping life together. But inside, it may take much more energy than people can see.
Insight Does Not Make Anxiety Go Away

1. Anxiety starts to feel familiar
Anxiety can become so familiar that it starts to feel like your personality. You may not remember what it feels like to move through the day without scanning, preparing, analysing or anticipating what could go wrong.
2. Alertness starts to feel normal
When anxiety has been present for a long time, your nervous system may begin to treat alertness as normal. Your mind may keep searching for certainty because uncertainty feels unsafe.
3. Your body reacts before your mind catches up
Your body may react before you have time to think. Your relationships may be shaped by responsibility, people-pleasing, fear of conflict or the need to stay in control.
4. The pattern starts to feel permanent
This can make anxiety feel permanent. But often, what feels permanent is actually a pattern that has been repeated for a long time.

I never really knew what calm was supposed to feel like. Tension was the only known state to me. The connection between mind and body always felt abstract and far away. Working with Maria gave me space to slow down, feel and understand myself differently. It took time to click, to practise and become familiar with. Through my own work on myself I can be a better partner and parent now, live up to my own values.

This programme starts from a different place
Imagine a process where you do not experience the pressure to get rid of anxiety as quickly as possible.
At your own pace, only as much as feels safe and makes sense to you.
With guidance, you begin by exploring why anxiety may still stay present even when you already recognise the pattern, know some of your triggers, or understand where it comes from.
“What is this anxiety connected to?”
“What has it been trying to protect?”
“What would help me respond with more steadiness, choice and self-understanding?”
In a kind and gentle space, you can begin to feel seen and understood, instead of judged, rushed or left alone with everything.
You can learn more compassion and kindness towards yourself.
And from there, start building a life that feels closer to who you are, what you need, and what you truly want for yourself.

It never felt safe to be myself, as I was always 'too much' and 'not enough' all at the same time, meaing that I never fit, I never coud fullfil any expectations, nor did I know how to reach out for help. Anxiety grounded me and seemed to never leave me alone. Through this work I found myself and I can finally be in my body and not only in my head.

Most approaches and books try to change your thoughts or feelings without any real underunderstanding of why something happens and how to actully apply it in your own unique life. This programme and working with Maria has tought me to look at myself with compassion and to re-write my future into my authenthic self. For the first time ever. I feel free and in control of my life and body like never before.

Understand
With guidance, you begin by making sense of your anxiety pattern instead of blaming yourself for having it. You start to notice how anxiety shows up in your thoughts, body, relationships and daily life and why it may have made sense for so long.
Regulate
Anxiety is also something your body carries. You explore gentle ways to support your nervous system, so you can begin to feel more steady when everything inside feels too intense.
Explore the wider context
Your anxiety does not exist in isolation- explore relationships, responsibilities, family patterns, expectations, boundaries and old roles that may keep the anxiety cycle active.
Practise and integrate
Understanding is important, but it needs somewhere to go.
Through reflective homework and exercises, you can practise small, realistic responses to familiar triggers, so that change can gradually become part of everyday life.
What starts to shift
Less mental noise
The constant mental noise may begin to feel less consuming. Your mind may still think ahead, but it may no longer feel like every thought needs to be followed, solved or believed.
Overthinking may start to lose some of its power. Conversations, decisions and small moments may become easier to leave behind, instead of replaying them again and again.
The pressure to be perfectly prepared may soften. You may notice that you can move through life without checking every possible outcome first.
More trust in yourself
You may stop treating every anxious signal as proof that something is wrong. Instead of immediately trying to fix, control or understand everything, you may begin to pause and notice what is happening inside you.
You may begin to trust yourself more in uncertainty. Instead of trying to control everything, you may slowly develop a sense that you can face difficulties as they come, and also recognise when you need support rather than having to manage everything alone.
You may begin to speak to yourself with less blame and more curiosity.
A different relationship with anxiety
You may start recognising when anxiety is asking you to control, please, avoid, withdraw, freeze, explain or apologise and you may begin choosing a different response.
The part of you that learned to stay alert may begin to feel understood, rather than treated as a problem.
You may feel more connected to your body, your needs and your limits, instead of only responding to pressure, fear or responsibility.
And slowly, anxiety may become less of a force that runs everything and more of a signal you can understand, respond to and work with.
About Maria

Maria Zakrzewska is a psychologist with a clinical psychology background and a long-standing interest in broadly understood health, neurodivergence, emotional and nervous system regulation, relationships dynamics, couples and family therapy.
She is also trained in systemic and narrative therapy with EFT elements, and currently works as a consultant- online and in Berlin.
Her work is inclusive of LGBTQ+ people, non-monogamous and ENM relationships, and people whose lives, identities or relationships do not always fit conventional expectations.
Maria also supports people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, emotional intensity, relationship stress, life transitions and long-standing ways of coping.
She is interested not only in what someone is struggling with, but also in the context around it: the relationships they are part of, family patterns, stress, responsibilities, boundaries, past experiences, stories that keep being repeated, and the meanings they may have learned to carry about themselves.
Her approach is warm, honest, reflective and structured. She combines psychological knowledge with systemic and narrative thinking, practical tools and space for reflection.
Maria does not see anxiety as a sign that someone is weak, broken or failing. She sees it as something that can often begin to make more sense when there is enough space to understand what it may be connected to.

Frequently asked Questions
Choosing the right option
Who is this programme for?
This programme is for people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, emotional tension or the constant need to stay in control.
It may be a good fit if anxiety affects your daily life, relationships, work, parenting, sleep, body or ability to trust yourself, even if you are still functioning on the outside.
It may also be helpful if you notice patterns such as perfectionism, people-pleasing, reassurance-seeking, avoidance, fear of conflict, self-doubt or difficulty switching off.
The programme is designed for people who want structured, reflective and therapy-informed support, rather than a quick fix or generic advice.
Over 18 years of age only.
Is this programme right for me right now?
This programme may be right for you if you feel ready to understand your anxiety patterns more deeply and begin working with them in a structured way.
You do not need to have everything figured out before applying. The application form is a first step to understand what you are looking for and whether this programme may be a suitable fit.
This programme may not be the right fit if you are currently in acute crisis, need emergency support, or require medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic care as your main form of support.
If I feel that another form of support may be more appropriate, I will tell you honestly.
What happens after I apply?
Please await an email from Maria within 3 business days.
Should none arrive please check your spam folder.
Afterward- there are few pathways you can decide to take: self-guided materials, the structure and support of 1:1 sessions, a longer process with more time to work through anxiety, emotional regulation, boundaries, values and relationship patterns; or a custom package that can also be agreed upon.
Completing this form does not commit you to joining the programme.
Can I start with the self-guided materials and add sessions later?
Yes, this may be possible.
You can begin with the self-guided materials and contact me later if you would like additional 1:1 support. Additional sessions depend on my current availability.
Can I upgrade to a higher level of support later?
In some cases, yes.
If you begin with the self-guided materials or a smaller package and later decide that you would like more personalised support, you can contact me to discuss available options. It is not possible to purchse the programme only or deduct the previuos purchase from the upgrade.
Upgrades depend on current availability and the programme structure at that time.
Sessions and format
How long do I have to use the sessions?
The 10-session programme is usually planned around the 10-step pathway, with the start discussed individually, but not later than a period of time stated in the agreement.
Sessions are held weekly and the validity of said package is 10 weeks from the first session, e.g. 1st session is on 15.05.2026, the last one can be used until 16.07.2026.
The extended 30-session option can be used over up to one year.
The exact schedule, validity and cancellation rules will be confirmed before you purchase or begin the programme.
Please note: all sessions are held Monday- Friday, during the business working hours, Berlin, Germany and are a subject to availability. Best way is to book all session right after the purchase if day of the week and time of the day matter to you.
Unused sessions are not a subject to refund.
Do I have to use all sessions?
If you choose an option that includes 1:1 sessions, the sessions are there to support your process, but the pace can be discussed individually, within the validity of the purchased package.
The 10-session programme is designed as a structured pathway, so using all 10 weekly sessions is recommended if you want to complete the full process.
For the extended option with 30 sessions, the sessions can be used over a longer period, within the agreed validity period.
Unused sessions are subject to the terms and conditions agreed at the time of purchase.
Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions take place online.
The programme is available in English, so you do not need to be based in Berlin to apply.
If in-person availability is possible, this can be discussed individually.
Is this suitable if I am already in therapy?
Possibly.
This programme can sometimes work alongside therapy, especially if you are looking for structured reflection, psychoeducation, exercises and support around anxiety patterns.
However, it should not replace psychotherapy, psychiatric care or medical care if those are needed.
If you are currently in therapy, you can mention this in the application form.
What if I’ve already done anxiety work?
That is completely okay.
Many people come to this programme after already reading, reflecting, attending therapy, trying exercises or understanding a lot about anxiety intellectually.
This programme may still be useful if you feel that anxiety is still present in your body, relationships, choices, boundaries or daily life.
We can build on what you already know, rather than starting from zero.
Do I need a diagnosis to join?
No.
You do not need a diagnosis to apply for this programme.
This work is focused on anxiety patterns, overthinking, emotional regulation, self-understanding and everyday coping, not on diagnosing or treating a medical condition.
Is this therapy?
This is therapy-informed psychological support and consulting.
Maria is a psychologist with systemic counselling training, but does not work as a licensed psychotherapist in Germany.
If you need psychotherapy, psychiatric care or medical treatment, this programme is not a replacement for that support.
Can I use this programme if I am in crisis?
No. This programme is not emergency or crisis support.
If you are currently in acute crisis, at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or need immediate support, please contact local emergency services or a crisis support line in your country.
This programme is designed for reflective, structured psychological support, not urgent intervention.
What language is the programme in?
The programme is currently available in English.
If you would prefer support in Polish, you can mention this in the form- it is also possible.
What is included in the self-guided materials?
The self-guided option includes the programme materials, reflective homework, guided exercises and practical tools, so you can read and practise at your own pace.
This option may be suitable if you want structure and psychological reflection, but you are not ready for 1:1 sessions at the moment.
What is included in the 10-session option?
The 10-session option includes personalised 1:1 support through the 10-step pathway and self-guided materials.
The programme is used as a structured guide, while adapting the work to your situation, needs, pace and goals.
This option may be suitable if you want someone alongside you to support your reflection, offer a different perspective and help you notice patterns that may be hard to see from inside them.
What is included in the extended option?
The extended option includes the full programme materials and 30 individual sessions to use within one year.
This gives you more time to work not only with anxiety, but also with the wider patterns connected to it.
Depending on your needs and pace, you may want to explore nervous system regulation, emotions, needs, values, boundaries, relationship patterns, family roles, self-worth, life transitions or the parts of your life where anxiety has had the strongest impact.
Is group or business package possible?
Yes- please contact Maria directly.
